How to Play
Drive Go Go is a gentle driving and spelling game for early readers. Tilt your device to steer, collect the missing letter, and spell the word at the top. There is no timer and no game over — just practice, small wins, and cheerful driving.
Controls
- Tilt left or right — change lanes (hold the device in landscape, like a steering wheel)
- Gear shifter — LOW, MID, or HIGH speed
- Stop — pause the run
Spelling
- The banner at the top shows a word with one missing letter (?)
- An emoji hint shows what the word means
- Three letters appear on the road — collect the correct one
- Wrong letter? You will see Try again! — keep driving, there is no penalty
- Spell words in a row to build a combo
Obstacles
Cones, boxes, and flowers are scattered on the road. Hit one and your car slows down for a moment — steer around them when you can. The run never ends because of a crash.
Scoring
- Earn points for each word you spell
- Distance traveled is shown in meters or miles (your choice in Grown-ups)
- Milestone celebrations pop up as you drive farther
Car powers & themes
Each car has its own special power — like pulling letters closer or hopping over obstacles. Extra cars and road themes are available with an optional one-time Pro unlock, managed by a grown-up behind a simple math gate.
For grown-ups
- Designed for ages 4+ with a caregiver nearby
- Mostly 3–4 letter words (early reader vocabulary)
- No ads, no third-party analytics, no account required
- Motion data stays on the device — tilt is used only for steering
- Settings (sound, units, car, theme) live in Grown-ups inside the app
Tilt tips
- Play in landscape with the device held flat, like a tray
- Small tilts are enough — you do not need to turn far
- If steering feels reversed, check your device accessibility settings
